EICR Landlord Cert was set up to solve a problem London landlords know too well: the difficulty of finding a single, reliable provider for every compliance certificate a rental property needs. Too many landlords were juggling separate contractors for electrical, gas, energy, and appliance testing, with inconsistent pricing, missed appointments, and certificates that arrived late. We built our service around one principle: make landlord compliance in London simple, affordable, and properly accredited so property owners can meet their legal obligations without the hassle.
We provide four accredited compliance services covering residential, commercial, and industrial properties across Greater London. EICR certificates start from £85 and are carried out by NICEIC-approved electricians under the Electrical Safety Standards (Private Rented Sector) Regulations 2020. Gas Safety certificates start from £75 and are issued by Gas Safe registered engineers under the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998. EPC certificates start from £89 and are produced by Elmhurst Energy-accredited Domestic Energy Assessors under the Energy Performance of Buildings Regulations 2012. PAT Testing starts from £69 and is completed by City and Guilds 2377-qualified testers in line with the Electricity at Work Regulations 1989. Every certificate is issued digitally once the visit is complete, lodged on the relevant official register, and sent to you by email.
